Knowledge

The Knowledge page lets you ask what Reelspect has learned about your games and sites. Every project member can use it, including Viewers.

Where the knowledge comes from

After each test session, Reelspect extracts what the agent learned on the way, for example where a game keeps its bet controls, how a feature is triggered, a game’s bet limits, or the steps to reach a menu on your site. These learnings are stored and reused: when the agent recognizes a game during a later test, it is given what is already known about that game, and it can look up facts while it works.

The Knowledge page only reads this information. Adding, editing or deleting learnings from the app is not available yet.

Ask a question

Ask in plain language, for example “What are the bet limits for Sweet Bonanza?” or “How does the free spins trigger work?”. The answer is written from the stored knowledge. Expand the retrieved knowledge items below it to see the individual facts behind the answer, each with its category (for example ui location, game mechanic or bet configuration), the game and provider when known, and how relevant and how confident the fact is.

Only the latest question and answer are kept on the page.

To ask about a single test session instead, such as why it failed, use the Chat tab in the Session viewer.
